モバイルバッテリーのご利用に関するお願い

昨今、モバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が、国内外で報告されています。
すべてのお客様に安心してご滞在いただけますよう、安全面から以下の通りご協力をお願い申し上げます。

ご不在時の客室内でのモバイルバッテリーの充電はお控えください。
充電される際は、窓際など直射日光が当たる場所や、ベッドやシーツなど可燃物上での充電はお控えください。
就寝中のご使用はお控えいただき、充電中はお客様の目の届く場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。

なお、安全確保の観点から、ご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合には、当ホテルスタッフがモバイルバッテリーを客室内の電源から外したり、安全な位置に移動させていただいたりすることがございます。何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Important Notice Regarding Power Bank Usage

Dear Valued Guests,
Thank you for your continued patronage of our hotel.
In recent years, incidents involving smoke and fire related to power banks have been reported both domestically and internationally. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following the safety guidelines below:

Please refrain from charging power banks in your guest room when you are not present.
When charging, avoid locations exposed to direct sunlight and do not charge on combustible materials such as beds, sheets, or other linens.
Please do not use or charge power banks while sleeping. When charging, please keep the power bank within your line of sight at all times.

For safety reasons, if our housekeeping staff notice any of the above situations during room cleaning, they may disconnect a power bank from the outlet or move it to a safer location within the room. We appreciate your understanding.
